Sectional Update: Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball - Congratulations to the boys and girls varsity basketball teams for their first round home sectional wins on Saturday. The girls varsity basketball team will travel to play at Weedsport on Tuesday, 2/24 at 6:00 pm. The boys varsity basketball team will host Tully on Wednesday, 2/25 at 6:00 pm.
The varsity girls basketball team will host Sandy Creek at 1:00 pm on Saturday, 2/21 in sectional play. The varsity boys basketball team will host the winner of the APW/WCV at 2:30 pm on Saturday, 2/21 in sectional play. Congratulations to both teams!

Congratulations to the following Dolgeville Girls Wrestlers for their top 6 finish placements at the Section 3 Tournament on Sunday, February 15th at Onondaga Community College. Rosealina Sanders-4th Place Daphnee Howe-6th Place
Congratulations to Vincenzo Rubino (DCS Varsity Wrestler) for winning the 138 pound weight class Section 3-Division 2 title on Saturday, 2/14/26 at Onondaga Community College. Vincenzo moves on to the NYSPHSAA Championships at MVP Arena in Albany, NY on 2/27 and 2/28.

Yesterday DES had a compliment day where they complimented people as they walked by. This coincided with our first day with SweetHearts and Heroes, where our elementary students were taught what bullying is and how to be a "hero" and help others in preventing it. Students learned that everyone can be a hero and everyone should show empathy and compassion to each other.

Congratulations to Jacob Moore and Vincenzo Rubino for winning individual Section III Titles yesterday, February 7th. Jacob won the 55m dash at the Class D Indoor Track & Field Championships held at Onondaga Community College. Vincenzo won the 138-pound weight class at the Class D Wrestling Championships held at South Lewis High School.
