In the troop there are many spots that must be done that no one of the scout leaders can do, so they bring in the “big guns,” the
adults.
They take the positions of the scoutmaster, which is the head man, then we got the assistants that help him out since he is only one man. They are just as important to the troop as the scouts that run the troop are. The adults make sure we get all the gear we’ll need for camp outs, they help (a little bit) keep the scout in line, but pretty much they don’t help unless they are asked or if their help is needed.
